Description

Being a social work clinician is not just a state of doing, it is also as state of being and a way of being in one’s life. The trajectory of one’s clinical career is developmental; we progress as clinicians over time. Self and life reflections are critical to being at the top of one’s game in addition to one’s attunement to the developmental process in clinical work.

Objective: Through open reflection on these processes with other clinicians, attendees will benchmark their clinical development and devise reflections and activities that optimize future clinical development.
